Mill Creek Elementary Winter Book DriveThe Students:Mill Creek Elemntary serves 450 students, and 60% qualify for free/reduced lunch. Over 25 languages are spoken with 35% of students being Enligh Langauge Learners. The Data:Home library size has a very substantial effect on education attainment. Being read to, reading yourself, disucssing what you've read- that's the sort of positive spiral that can lead to greater academic achivement years down the line. Let's give a gift that keeps giving.
