If You Are Submitting Revisions for an Issued Permit...
In order to submit revisions, the permit must of been previously issued. New or additional work is not considered a revision and will require a new permit application.
All revisions are to be clouded (bubbled) and clearly marked for review. All required documents must be submitted in PDF format. Only revised sheets need to be submitted--do not provide a new plan set. Revised sheets will still require Architect/Engineer stamps if the originally approved sheets were stamped.
If an inspector requested an item this should be sent directly to the inspector.

The form will ask for your name, email address, permit number, project address and a brief scope of the revisions proposed.
Once revisions have been accepted by the reviewer, please allow up to 5 business days for review.
