Green Valley Drive Safety Improvement

Project Overview

In collaboration with Salt Lake County, we have initiated a safety improvement project to update all the pedestrian access ramps in Green Valley Drive. The goal is to enhance safety for all travelers. As we carry out these improvements, construction crews will inspect all damaged sidewalks, curbs, and gutters to identify areas that require repair or replacement. We aim to improve the pedestrian experience and enhance the overall aesthetics of the neighborhood. 

Millcreek also plans to resurface the road in the summer of 2026. We will provide more information as soon as we have any updates. 

Salt Lake County will notify residents in the affected area before the construction schedule. Residents can expect the following during the project: 

• Construction activities will take place during daytime hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
• Increased noise, dust, and vibration
• Intermittent road closures and traffic shifts
• Staging of construction equipment, materials, and traffic control.
